About Us

Imagine Election is a new voter information site. We want to help create a better democracy. Here's how:

Informed voters

We want to empower voters to elect people who are qualified and who will take action on issues their constituents care about. Voters should have more information than a name and a party.

Enabled campaigns

We want candidates to be able to deliver a message to their voters easily and cheaply. Expensive campaigns undermine our democracy. They make our elected representatives beholden to big donors, not everyday voters.

Nonpartisan information

We are strictly nonpartisan. We give every candidate the same space in which to create or edit their profile; we give every logged-in user the chance to write reviews about candidates.
